Delivery and return
All confirmed orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). No shipments are made on weekends and holidays, an order placed on Friday after 4:00 p.m. will therefore be processed the following Monday, however we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays linked to third parties.
Free delivery concerns all orders with no minimum purchase and delivered in Metropolitan France, Andorra and Monaco by colissimo. The delivery costs are notified in the "basket" and depend on the destination and the weight of the packages.
The Deliveries are made by La Poste Colissimo, the delivery time depends on the destination of your package.
For delivery in mainland France, allow 2 days.
For an overseas destination, the delivery time is between 11 to 18 days (variable in times of crisis).
For Europe, between 3 and 5 days
For international Colissimo, your shipment can arrive between 3 and 8 days.
Delivery costs vary depending on the weight and destination of the package.

The delivery times and prices mentioned are indicative and recommended by our carrier. Note that in exceptional cases, delivery times may be longer than those mentioned.
If you order items from our website for delivery to a destination outside of France and / or the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes that are applied. when the delivery reaches the place of destination. Pramslux has no control over these charges and you will be responsible for the total amount of such import duties and taxes.
Once the items ordered have been delivered to the address indicated on the order, the Customer will assume the risks of loss, theft and other associated with the products. Pramslux will not be held responsible for undelivered packages if the Customer provides an incorrect or invalid delivery address. As soon as the order leaves the Pramslux warehouse we assume no risk. So we are not responsible for loss of order by third parties, but we will then forward a claim to the carrier on behalf of the Customer. If the Customer receives damaged products, he has the right to have his order replaced or fully refunded. To do this, he must send us an email at info@pramslux.com to inform us of its intention to return the products and the reasons for the return.
Pramslux refunds or replaces the product when the refusal of the goods is due to a defect or an error in delivery. First of all the defective or damaged product must be returned to Pramslux then, only after the product has been returned, replacement or refund will be possible. All items originally sent must be returned in their original packaging, including any gifts received. Pramslux will notify the Customer by email and process the refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving the returned products. The customer is authorized to benefit from a full refund of the products excluding shipping costs.
Refunds or replacements requested which are not due to a defect or an error on our part in the delivery will not be accepted. Please note that due to the Health crisis, certain products, in particular false eyelashes, DUO eyelash glue and Magique liners glues are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
The Customer must inform us and return the products to Pramslux warehouses within 14 days of receipt. Otherwise, the Customer is considered to have inspected and accepted the merchandise (s).
